3. Fees & Costs

All sourcing commissions, management fees and associated costs are agreed prior to purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Vehicle purchase costs, taxes, registration fees, transport costs and third-party expenses remain the responsibility of the client unless agreed otherwise.

4. Importation & Registration

Where requested, Frederic James may assist with importation and registration services through trusted specialist partners.

Any duties, taxes, registration fees or related charges are controlled by external authorities and may change without notice. Final costs may therefore differ from initial estimates.

5. Vehicle Condition

Frederic James endeavours to source vehicles matching the agreed specification and description provided to the client prior to purchase.

Clients acknowledge that many vehicles sourced may be classic, collector or specialist vehicles where age, mileage and prior use should be reasonably considered.

6. Liability

Frederic James shall not be held liable for delays, third-party issues, shipping delays, customs delays or costs outside our direct control.

Our liability is strictly limited to the services directly provided by Frederic James and the fees paid for those services.
